About TeamTreasurer

Good people. Stronger teams.

TeamTreasurer exists for the parent volunteer who says yes to holding the money—and wants to do it responsibly without becoming a finance professional overnight.

CPA · Coach · Parent volunteer ally

Clear finances.
Stronger teams.

The approach

The TeamTreasurer point of view is simple: families deserve clear communication, volunteers deserve a reliable process, and youth sports should stay focused on the kids.

The materials are written by a CPA who coaches travel ball, with short steps and plain language. They are educational templates, not individualized advice.

Plain English

Built for volunteers, not accounting departments.

Clear boundaries

Education and templates—not individual tax or legal advice.

Ready to use

Practical tools designed around a real sports season.
